This policy explains what DiviNav AI (operated by Divinav) collects and how we use it. We don't sell your personal data.

What we collect

• Account info — your name and email, and (for Team plans) your organization, via our authentication provider.
• Content you create — the inputs you submit (topic, ministry type, Statement of Faith, etc.) and the plans and materials generated for you.
• Usage — generation counts and basic metering we use for your plan limits and to operate the service.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the last digits/brand of your card from Stripe, but never your full card number.

Service providers we share with

To run the service, your data is processed by:

• Clerk — accounts and sign-in.
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Anthropic — the AI model that generates plans. The inputs you submit are sent to Anthropic to produce your content.
• Neon — the database that stores your plans and account records.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery.

Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

How we use it

To create your plans, run your account and billing, enforce plan limits, keep the service secure, and improve it. We use cookies only for sign-in/session and essential operation.

Retention and your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete plans in the app and cancel anytime. To access or delete your account data, email info@divinav.com and we'll handle it.

Children

DiviNav is built for ministry leaders, not for use by children directly. Lessons may be about or for children's ministry, but accounts are for adult leaders.
