Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DiviNav AI (“DiviNav,” “we,” “us”), an AI-assisted lesson-planning tool for ministry leaders operated by Divinav. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

DiviNav generates lesson plans, study materials, and related content from the inputs you provide (topic, ministry type, time, group size, and your Statement of Faith). The service uses third-party AI models to produce this content.

AI-generated content — review before you teach

Output is generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that do not fit your church's doctrine. Our automatic theology, sensitivity, and plagiarism review is a best-effort aid, not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving every plan before you teach from it. DiviNav assists your judgment; it does not replace it, and it is not theological, legal, or professional advice.

Accounts

You need an account to generate plans. Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Team plans are tied to an organization; the organization's owner controls its members and billing.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Free includes a limited number of lesson plans to try the service.
• Paid plans (Solo, Team, and per-leader add-ons) are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our pricing page. We do not see or store your card number.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the period you've paid for.

Your content

You keep ownership of the inputs you submit and the plans generated for you, and you may use them in your ministry. You grant us the limited right to process that content to provide and improve the service. Don't submit unlawful content or use the service to violate others' rights.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service, and don't use it to generate content that is illegal or harmful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DiviNav is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
